NIGHTY NIGHT SAILBOAT MEETS AN ASTRONAUT

TENTH CHILDREN’S BOOK IN THE NIGHTY NIGHT SAILBOAT SERIES

Houston, Texas - Are you ready to educate your child?  In this carefully designed book about aerospace has a combination of fun and technologies from the space program.  Juni a little girl who lives aboard a sailboat with her parents visits the Space Center to meet an astronaut.  She learns about space technologies that has made our world better from medical fields to road safety.  In addition, it has a poem, “Large Foreheads”, boat terminology, dedication page and coloring pages.

Renne’ Siewers won third place award-winning poetry “The Fear”, Voyage to Remember 1998, and recently first place short story contest 2017 from Texas Authors called “Swish, Swish – The Mistake” African American Genre.   She has multiple articles published in magazines about her sailing adventures.

During her cruising retirement Mrs. Siewers presented her Nighty Night Sailboat series to eleven schools in The Bahamas, three in Cuba and at Sigsbee Charter School in Key West, Florida.  Her motto, “Keep Aerospace Alive”.  She is available for presentations.

This is a cute book for children. The drawings are really cute, and the story also starts teaching children boat terms. A nice bedtime storybook.
